Our team
Kelsey Hastings, BA, BSN, NHA, RN,c is Certified as a Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and certified to train others to obtain their CDP through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. She also holds her certification as a legal nurse consultant (CLNC®) through the CLNC Certification Institute. Kelsey owned Advantage Living Centers for 20 years managing annual revenues of $110 million dollars. In 2021/22, Kelsey divested the post acute care faciities and is focusing on helping other owners and operators acheive successful outcomes.
Our history
Healthcare consulting is a passion for the team at Hastings FL, LLC. The founder, Kelsey Hastings, has spent her career in healthcare as a nurse, administrator, executive, and an owner. She started as a regulatory consultant in 1992 and serviced clients in over 30 states throughout her career.
Her passion for education and supporting leaders has brought her back into the field of healthcare consulting after spending 20 years owning and operating post acute care entities such as skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living faciities. In addition, she was a partner in CNS Hospice , Advantage Therapy and CareSync (resource center for family and care giver support).
Kelsey is a licensed nursing home administrator in Michigan, Registered Nurse licensed in Florida and Michigan, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Trainer, and Certified Legl Nurse Consultant (CLNC®).
